Property Damage: We are not liable for any damage to property such as walls, floors, or other structures unless the damage is a direct result of our team’s actions and not due to pre-existing conditions or customer neglect.
Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup and delivery locations are accessible and that any obstacles (such as gates, stairs, or narrow hallways) are communicated to us prior to the move.
Packing: If you choose to pack your belongings yourself, Stuart Movers is not liable for any damage to improperly packed items. We recommend using professional packing services for fragile or valuable items.
Personal Belongings: Please ensure that you remove all valuable items, important documents, or hazardous materials before the move. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items that were not properly packed or that are excluded from our service agreement.
